Does my Dream Board Kit come fully assembled like the pictures shown on your website?

No, the pictures on our website are examples of our dream boards that were created by people just like you!  You do get all the high resolution graphics, but there are areas left blank so you can envision your personal goals, quotes, and dreams written in those spaces. 

Do I need to start my board at the beginning of the year?

Absolutely not!  Many of our dreamers start their boards prior to the beginning of the new year but if January 1st has come and gone don’t put your dreams on hold; get started now!

Do I need a new board each year?

You will WANT to create a new board each year and please feel free to display them all.  Year after year you’ll be reminded and inspired by your accomplishments and those successes will keep you motivated to keep living the dream!  With six key life focuses it will be rewarding to track your growth and celebrate your wins!

I’d like to host a vision board party for myself and my friends. Do you sell Dream Board packages?

How can I purchase in bulk for a large group or corporate event?

Do you sell outside the United States?

We currently ship within the USA.  Please check in periodically as we continue to expand our shipping options!

What types of payment do you accept?

We keep it simple by accepting Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, Venmo and PayPal. Sorry, we do not accept BitCoins, CyberBeans or JuggaloCoin.

I’ve already placed my order, but I suddenly decided I want to upgrade and expedite my shipping. What should I do?

We’re sorry that you can’t change your shipping option after you have checked out.  While you wait for your kit to arrive start clearing your calendar so you can get started once your kit arrives.

How do I track my order?

Our team is committed to fulfilling orders quickly!  We’ll notify you once your order has been shipped and once it has been delivered.  Delivery notifications are only available for services that include automatic tracking updates from the carrier.

My order never arrived. What should I do?

Check your order confirmation email for the tracking information and follow up with your selected shipping carrier.  If that doesn’t work, send us an email, tell us what your ordered and your order number, and we’ll help you out.

My order arrived incomplete or damaged.

Don’t worry!  Although all of our orders are carefully packed and then inspected prior to shipping an occasional error can happen. We’re human!  Please take a clear photo of the issue and/or kit contents and email it to [email protected] Be sure to provide us with complete information including your name, address and order number so that we can take care of you quickly.

I’ve changed my mind. I’m not ready to live the life of my dreams and I’d like to return my kit.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Ordering

Ordering is easy. Choose the products you would like and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready to checkout, choose the cart option in upper right of page and follow prompts.

We accept most methods of payments including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Paypal and Venmo.

You are able to track your order by logging into your account and choosing the My Orders section

Shipping & Delivery

During the checkout process, you will choose the shipping option that works best for you and your location whether that is UPS, USPS or local pickup (Denver Metro area)

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return your Dream Board Kit from the date you received it. All returns received after 30 calendar days are subject of restocking fee of $10.00. 

To be eligible for a return, your kit must be unused & in the same condition that you received it.

Your kit must be in the original packaging.

Your kit needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

Once we receive your kit, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the kit.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.

You will receive the credit as soon as possible, dependent on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your kit.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Damaged Kits

Although it is extremely rare, occasionally we will have an item damaged in shipping. Live Your Dream Board, LLC will ship replacement items and will pay the shipping fee.  If you receive items that have been damaged or broken, please email us photos of the product. We will also need your order number so we can accurately track shipment.
