Wow!! This is such a great way to get organized, set and achieve goals and give you a beautiful visual reminder of what you can do to succeed. I loved doing this project with my family and work team. I have been struggling with writing goals for a little over 5 years. I was not getting the traction I wanted being a visual and kinesthetic person. I had a friend urge me to try a board for 2020. I picked a black circle board with a Green theme and put my word of the year front and center surrounded by all the other goals I hoped to achieve this year. I then hung my board just above my desk so that I had to look at it every day. To my amazement I have hit ALL my goals on this board. Looking at it every day was a constant reminder of what I wanted.
