Oh how I love New Years Eve!! The clock strikes 12, my slate is wiped clean, I make my new year’s resolution and it’s sealed with a kiss. Happy New Year!! My heart is filled with determination and I’m ready to make it a great year.

- SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely)
- Reviewed daily
- Has action steps
- A deadline
- Contains accountability
- Celebrates accomplishments along the way
